My husband and I just celebrated our 21st anniversary and we connect with these words.
What makes Pamela a Boss Lady Believer?
I married my soulmate 21 years ago, and together we raised our blended family of five. It wasn’t always easy, it wasn’t always peaches & cream (I had 4 boys!), and it wasn’t always “life is grand”. But, together, we made it through to where we are today. My husband & I are true partners…he is always there for me, supporting me and encouraging me and I do the same for him. We almost lost him at the age of 37 due to a double heart attack and that was, by far, the scariest day of my life so far. Since then, we have truly tried to live life to the fullest and enjoy each other and our family.
In 2014, while we were on vacation, I did a lot of soul searching and, after holding political office for 12 years, I woke up and asked my husband how he would feel if I opened my own business. Without even asking what or why, he said “I know you would excel” and that’s how my business was born!
